REGULAR RETURN POLICY:

We will gladly return merchandise purchased online for a full refund of the cost of the item*. All items must be returned within 30 days from purchase date and be unworn, unused, and have original tags.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

HOLIDAY RETURNS: 

We will gladly return merchandise purchased online for a full refund of the cost of the item*.  Items purchased between 12/1/23 and 12/24/23 may be returned by 1/14/24, or 30 days from purchase, whichever is later.  Items must be unworn, unused, and have original tags.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

* All Clearance Sale items (products marked down 40% or more) are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.  We cannot grant any exceptions to this policy.

We cannot accept returns by mail of products purchased at a store.

After initiating a Return:

  • Package the return, including the Order Number on the outside of the package.
  • We recommend using a trackable method at the carrier of your choice. 
  • Make sure to send the items in an appropriately-sized parcel, preferably in the original box.
  • Post the parcel with a carrier of your choice.
  • Please keep your shipment receipt and tracking number.

Once your returned merchandise has been received in new, unworn condition with all tags present, your refund will be processed in 5-7 days and you will receive an email from us confirming the return has been processed. 

Refunds will be credited to the card used for the original purchase.  Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution.


Exchanges: If you decide you want a different size, color, or style, please Return the Item within 30 days and place a new order. Placing a new order now will expedite the arrival of your new item and help to ensure it won’t go out of stock. Refunds will be processed after we receive your return.


Defective or Incorrect Item: If we have made an error in the shipment (shipped the wrong product or a defective product) please Submit a Return, and you will be prompted to submit a photo of the item.  Upon reviewing the photos and approving the exchange, we will send a return shipping label to get the product back and ship the replacement for free.
